The 2017 Euclid Napa Valley Cabernet is a rich wine with a creamy texture showing aromas of blackberry, bramble berry and notes of honey graham cracker. It has flavors of blackberry, and honey with a fresh lemon zest finish. The wine has a firm structure with great depth and a long finish. It was aged in 60% New French Oak for 26 months.
Aged in 70% new French oak and 30% once-used French oak barrels for 26 months.
