2018 Napa Valley Cabernet

Our 2018 Napa Valley Cabernet is our 10th vintage from the Clark Claudon Vineyard on the Eastern side of Howell Mountain. The wine was aged in 80% New French Oak and 20% once used French Oak for 24 months.This is a rich, powerful wine layered with many aromas and flavors. It has a creamy texture and a long fresh finish. The balance of this wine is exceptional. The aromas are enticing and rich leading to mouthwatering flavors. Mojo +++

There are aromas of cherry, toffee, coffee, fennel, graham cracker and roses.The flavors include black cherry, vanilla, dark chocolate, and orange zest.  It is seductive and delicious but also a serious wine with great aging potential.

Aged in 70% new French oak and 30% once-used French oak barrels for 26 months.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14.7% alc.
