The 2018 Sierra Foothills Syrah is a lush opulent wine with good intensity, great balance, and a long persistent finish with notes of orange zest. The wine was aged in once used French Oak for 24 months. The Dalton Vineyard continues to produce wines that are rich, delicious, and seductive.
It has aromas of cinnamon, cassis, black licorice, coffee candy, clove, and elderflower. The flavors include cherry, plum, cinnamon and orange zest.
