2010 – A wine of great power and richness with a silky savory texture when it was released. It still has that power but with elegance, and a good balance of acidity. A lovely delicious wine.
2011- A wine with great structure , balance and complexity when young. It continues to show its youthful side. Very fresh with flavors of cherry, cinnamon and milk chocolate.
2012- A very fruit forward wine bursting with flavors of smoked meats, black olive and elderberry. The texture of this wine continues to improve with time.
2013-It is a very concentrated wine with a rich firm structure and very good balance. It has flavors and aromas of graham cracker, cinnamon, vanilla, and chocolate croissant. It has a round satiny feel in the mouth and finishes with an orange zest and grainy tannins.
2014- It is rich and vibrant from start to finish. Aromas of elderflower, a hint of smoked bacon, brown sugar and coconut. Flavors include pineapple, cherries, tangerine and brown sugar. Another wine that is hard to set down. So juicy and delicious.
2015- Aromas of mocha, coffee, savory notes of smoked meat, and flavors of graham cracker and cocoa. This is a rich, juicy wine with many layers.
2016- The wine has aromas of lavender, baked blackberry pie, cocoa powder, brown sugar, and wild cherry and flavors of coffee candy, candied bacon, toffee and orange zest
Great depth and richness with good oak integration. The aromatics include floral notes of lavender and gardenia as well as black licorice, honey, and bing cherry. Flavors of Bing cherry, black licorice, and lemon zest are most notable in this complex wine.

This is a lush opulent wine with good intensity, great balance, and a long persistent finish. It has aromas of cinnamon, cassis, black licorice, coffee candy, clove, and elderflower. The flavors include cherry, plum, and cinnamon
and orange zest.
This is a wine of great intensity, rich mouthfeel, and a very long finish. The aromas are hazelnut, boysenberry, clove, and toffee. The flavors of coffee candy, hazelnut with a note of raspberry in the finish.
