The wine has aromas of violets, primrose, white pepper, prosciutto, coco powder, coffee and flavors of Graham cracker, dark chocolate, creme brulee, plum, mocha, coffee and orange zest.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon 14.9 % alc.

Our 2016 Euclid Napa Valley Cabernet from the Clark Claudon Vineyard on Howell Mountain is a luscious silky wine with smooth tannins and good intensity. It has a sweet entry, a juicy middle and a long fresh finish.

Vertical of 2011, 2012, & 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley

2011 – Aromas of roasted coffee, toffee, dried herbs, and black currant. The texture is silky with flavors of caramel tobacco with a long bitter chocolate finish. This wine has fine tannins and great structure and will continue to improve with time. 83.5 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, 4.5% Cabernet Franc, 3 % Syrah

2012 – Enticing aromas of vanilla, dried herbs, cocoa and slight black pepper. Flavors of vanilla, cocoa, roasted coffee, and a slight orange zest finish. This wine is rich and opulent, and silky smooth. I just love this wine. Hard to put down. 96.5 % Cabernet, 3% Merlot, .5 % Cabernet Franc.

2013 – A very concentrated wine with a rich firm structure and very good balance. It has flavors and aromas of graham cracker, cinnamon , vanilla, and chocolate croissant. It has a round satiny feel in the mouth and finishes with an orange zest and grainy tannins.  This wine is juicy and delicious. It would pair very well with a good steak.  85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10 % Malbec, 5% Merlot
