The 2018 “Tandem” Napa Valley Cabernet
The 2018 Tandem Cabernet is a dense, vibrant wine with fine-grain tannins and a long, persistent finish. The wine was aged in 70% New French oak and 30% once-used French oak from our favorite coopers. The 2018 Tandem has aromas and flavors of lavender, cinnamon, brambleberry, plum, allspice, black currant, toasted coconut, cumquat, and orange zest.
2018 Sierra Foothills Syrah – Dalton Vineyard
The 2018 Sierra Foothills Syrah is a lush opulent wine with good intensity, great balance, and a long persistent finish. The wine was aged in once-used French oak for 24 months. The Dalton Vineyard continues to produce wines that are rich, delicious, and seductive. It has aromas and flavors of cinnamon, cassis, black licorice, coffee candy, clove, elderflower, cherry, plum, cinnamon, and orange zest.
