2017 Cabernet Sauvignon “Tandem” Napa Valley
A very juicy wine with flavors of dark chocolate and raspberries. The aromas include floral notes of violet and rose as well as coffee candy and caramel. This wine from this vineyard is usually very approachable when released and this one is no exception. It does as well have a great aging potential due to its level of acidity. Our previous releases from this vineyard are a testimony to that. The wine was aged in 60% New French Oak and 40% once used French Oak for 26 months.

2017 Sierra Foothills Syrah – Dalton Vineyard
Our 2017 Syrah from the Dalton Vineyard is a supple fruit forward wine with seamless balance and good acidity leading to a long lingering fresh finish. It has great depth and richness with good oak integration. The aromatics include floral notes of lavender and gardenia as well as black licorice, honey, and Bing cherry. Flavors of Bing cherry, black licorice and lemon zest are most notable in this complex wine.
