The 2010 Euclid Cabernet is a wine of great intensity, balance and structure. It has aromas of rose petals, tangerine zest, cassis and peach. Aromas from the barrel include coffee candy, caramel, vanilla, graham cracker and dark chocolate.
The feeling in the mouth is silky, voluptuous and mouthwatering featuring flavors of grapefruit, tangerine, and dark cherries followed by caramel, vanilla, graham cracker, coffee candy, tobacco, and a long dark chocolate finish. It has a great balance from the entry to the finish. The texture, nuance, and intensity of this wine are what we always hope to achieve. We are very pleased with this vintage and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.
97% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Syrah Alc 14.6%
–Aromas of roasted coffee, toffee, dried herbs, and black currant. The texture is silky with flavors of caramel tobacco with a long bitter chocolate finish. This wine has fine tannins and great structure and will continue to improve with time. 83.5 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot,4.5% Cabernet Franc, 3 % Syrah 14 % alc. Over the years since its release, we have been watching the 2011 gain seamless balance with great tannin integration, while maintaining its vibrancy. It is wonderful to drink now and will continue to age well. It has aromas and flavors of cassis, chamomile, olive tapenade, anise, cola, red plum, and roasted coffee, enveloped by a silky texture and long finish. At 10 years old, it is still youthful. The 2011 Euclid Napa Cabernet from the northeastern side of Howell Mt is often the favorite at many of our vertical tastings with friends and colleagues.

It is a very concentrated wine with a rich firm structure and very good balance. It has flavors and aromas of graham cracker, cinnamon, vanilla, and chocolate croissant. It has a round satiny feel in the mouth and finishes with an orange zest and grainy tannins. This wine is juicy and delicious. It would pair very well with a good steak. The wine was aged in 60% new French oak and 40% once used French oak for 24 months.
85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10 % Malbec, 5% Merlot 14.3% alc
There is a seductive aroma of chocolate covered cherries on the entry with notes of pomegranate, ginger spice, and fresh flowers. This is a wine with great richness from start to finish with a wonderful balance and silky texture. There are flavors of dark chocolate, cherries, vanilla, and a long fresh orange zest finish that reminds of dark chocolate orange sticks.

This is a deep dark wine with aromas of dark chocolate, and vanilla, with floral notes of violets and honey suckle. It is a very rich, concentrated wine with flavors of dark chocolate, cola, graham cracker and baked berry pie. The wine is seamless and silky with good acidity and soft, fine grain tannins.

Our 2016 Euclid Napa Valley Cabernet comes from the Clark Claudon Vineyard on Howell Mountain, is a luscious silky wine with smooth tannins and good intensity. It has a sweet entry, a juicy middle, and a long fresh finish.
The wine has aromas of violets, primrose, white pepper, prosciutto, coco powder, coffee and flavors of Graham cracker, dark chocolate, creme brulee, plum, mocha, coffee, and orange zest.14.9% Alc. with 286 cases produced.
Our 2017 Euclid Napa valley is a rich wine with a creamy texture showing aromas of blackberry, bramble berry and notes of honey graham cracker. Mojo ++
It has flavors of blackberry, and honey with a fresh lemon zest finish. The wine has a firm structure with great depth and a long finish. It was aged in 60% New French Oak for 26 months.
Our 2018 Napa Valley Cabernet was aged in 80% New French Oak and 20% once used French Oak for 24 months.
This is a rich, powerful wine layered with many aromas and flavors. It has a creamy texture and a long fresh finish. The balance of this wine is exceptional. It is a wine with a creamy texture with layers of flavors that include cranberry, apricot, chocolate, and graham cracker. It has a great balance with firm tannins and a long finish. Aged in 80 % New French oak and 20% once used for 26 months.
